Whether you’re aiming for your first solo flight with a Private Pilot License or looking to elevate your career with a Commercial Pilot License, we’re here to guide your ascent as an authorized Transport Canada written examination location.
Transport Canada Authorized Location
In order to obtain your pilot license or to add a rating to your license, you will need to pass a written exam at an authorized location with a Transport Canada approved invigilator. The following tests are currently available for you at Journey Air Pilot Training:
- Private Pilot Licence PPAER Full Written Exam
- Private Pilot License PPAER Partial Written Exam
- FAA to TC License Conversion (PPL only at this time)

Your Pre-flight Checklist for Exam Day
Prepare to embark on your certification journey by bringing along essential documents:
- Transport Canada recommendation letter (dated in last 60 days)
- Valid medical certificate
- Government-issued photo ID
- Logbook and/or Pilot Training Record with the necessary endorsements
